It has 80 sq.metres arranged in two bed rooms, one bathroom and one kitchen-dinning room with living room incorporated in it.

It´s placed in the Mayor Street of the old town which goes through the Santiago Way.
Estella-Lizarra is famous for its artistic monuments. It also has a lively and commercial zone with every kind of services (pharmacy, bus station, supermarkets, parking places, pubs and restaurants).
Access and links
In a minute walk,, you´ll arrive to the bus-station and the taxi rank and you´ll find good links with Pamplona, Logroño, San Sebastian…
The attic is placed in a pedestrian street, but you can get there by car in the morning. There´s also one loading and unloading zone 80 meters far from it, as well as car park. Very near the attic, there is a free car park (next to “La coronacion” square).
In the same zone it´s a underground pay car parking.

We hope that the guests feel in our house as in theirs, and that they take care of it as so.
Likewise we would appreciate the guests observe the time table with reference to the noise in order to respect the neighborhood.
Guests must communicate us the approx.. hour of their arrival, and half an hour before being there, they have to contact us so we can be there to give them the keys.
It must be notified if the luggage is going to be delivered by a transport agency, as well as it´s name, otherwise will not take any responsibility for it.
